Hi I am trying to some family genealogy details for a Mary Kate Glayzer she married a George Barfield on the 1st June 1916 Market Harborough, Leicestershire
I do have a copy of this marriage certificate It gives Mary's age of 27 years so she was born abt 1889 her father is given as Red Glayzer I cannot read his occ details.
I do not require help with the Barfield side of the family.
I would like to know where she came from I have checked the uk census reports and I do not see the Glayzer father and daughter there?
On her wedding day she was living in the Clipston area of Northampton.

As the writing is obviously extremely indistinct, I doubt that you can be confident of any of the letters

If that is her death, why is there no indication of a second forename? Did she, perhaps, add the name Kate herself?

Are George Barfields WW1 service papers on the other site? If it is him, the daughter Martha born 15.05.1915, who's daughter is she?

Can only find these two in 1901.
