I'm hoping you can help me find out a little more info about my great great grandfather on my mother's side. His name was George Ingram - born c1834 - sorry don't know where but Scotland would seem sensible?? There is talk of him being a gamekeeper.

He was married to Leah (don't know maiden name) and they had 3 children, Percy, Wilfred and Gladys. Percy was born in 1888, was an railway engine driver and lived in Bath, so hopefully he was born there too. He married Winifred Edwards in Bath in 1922 and they had 2 children, my mum - Elizabeth Joy b. 1923 and Peter b. c1921.

He would have been about 54 when Percy was born so was Leah his mum. Cos would seem a bit old if she was the same age?

I can't see a birth for him in 1888 in England o perhaps he was born in Scotland.

No I don't have Percy's birth cert but will obtain it along with George Ingram's marriage certificate which will hopefully give me some info on his father Aaron Ingram. Thank you.
