There are a couple of possible marriges in Stockport but of course his son may have married anywhere. As for a death well he may well still be alive! I know loads of people born before 1931 who are still alive but I guess I must be a bit older than you Simon lol. |

Well the father's name for Leonard on that marriage is correct and the occupation is very similar to that for James in 1901. Looks sufficient proof to me. |
