Hi All

Although I've already posted on here for Fred ford, trying to find another family line. Doris Wilkins b. 1920 in Burton on trent, was the youngest of a few children (we know about 4 for certain). Her mothers maiden name was Issitt, but thats all we know. Can't seem to find much else.

The births index proved the ones we knew about - unfortunatly the children prior to that didnt have the mothers maiden name listed so we can't prove which ones were siblings

Was looking at that KAthleen, but if she was widow Wilkins in 1911, how do you get 4 Wilkins births post 1911

If she had the children to someone else but without marrying then the children would be registered in her name at the time - which would still be Wilkins.

Rosa's surname on the 1911 census original is Wren

Ahhh yes, Stuart. I've just seen that. That can't be the right family then.

I definitely think that Doris's birth certificate is needed to establish the parent's names.
