I am trying to find the full name of her Mother she was born in 1884 in Hackney Middlesex and has 7 siblings. Her father John Jones married Mary Ann ?? I thought I had the correct one after careful investigation but other people's trees on Ancestry say that it is wrong and I cannot prove what they say is correct for the person I thought was the mother.

Where do you get John and Mary Ann as parents from?

Thanks for the interest Folks Christina your's is the correct family census and I have all the information that I can find from Ancestry and Free BMD etc but I had hoped not to have to purchase a birth certificate in case the information is not on it and the money would be wasted. I need to know what Mary Ann's surname was before she married John Jones and I am sure it is Odell but others think M A Odell married Ebenezer King instead The 8 children are all correct as I have Louisa's birthday book so can correlate and confirm those details Mile End and Hackney are the addresses in census and birth info for the children

If the family that Christina has found is "your" family then I don't think that Louisa in that family is Louisa Lottie Jones but just plain Louisa with no middle name.

Where have you got Louisa's middle name from if you haven't got her birth certificate?

Between 1883 and 1885 there was only one birth of a Louisa Lottie Jones and that is the one with parents called James and Jessie.

Could your Louisa Lottie actually be Louisa Charlotte? If so there is this birth:-

What are the names of Louisa's brothers and sisters from her birthday book?

I still have the feeling that you either have the wrong parents or your Louisa is Louisa Charlotte and not Louisa Lottie.

If the probate and death that GlitterBaby has found are the correct ones then I think the parents are James and Jessie.

I thought I could get around the common and problematic duplicate names by getting a birth certificate for one of the other siblings However I cannot find any absolute details for them even the unusual Rosina
I do know ALL their married names and have their husbands and etc. so from the census and this book I do know this is the complete famiky

A comment made by my father in law once ()he never normally spoke of family) was that his wife had numerous sisters and also spoke of a shop that two of them managed in London
