safc that sounds like then john donougher and elizabeth a b rogers i checked my nans marriage lines and her witnesses were john donougher and elizabeth a b rogers so oks like right family i spoke to a cousin earlier today and she said berth resently died must of been a good old age

So why was the information about John Donougher being a witness on a marriage cert not given

Hardly think she died recently if born 1877 ish

cos the certificate is from 1909 and very faint its the original marriage i got of my grandad james rogers,, john donougher and elizabeth a b rogers were there witinesses,, and grandads daughter were names after elizabeth as ive aunt elizabeth and my mums alice bertha ,,,elizabeth a b rogers was my grandads sister
