Can anyone help me with a possible explanation. I am looking at a lady called catherine thomas Nee Williams... born abt 1846 in swansea. I have this lady married to an Edwin Penhorewood around abt 1865. she then goes on to marry George james thomas in 1867. On the second marriage cert she lists herself as a widow, I can seem to find any death record for an Edwin Penhorewood....

I Gather it was Edwin that she married from my convos with registry office and also information found on Ancestry etc...

Anyone researching the penhorwood family living in swansea have no info on Catheine ever marrying an Edwin penhorewood...

Really cant get my head around this one and dont know where to look....any help would be grateful for.... :-(
