Wrong first name and changes to the spelling of the surname, written as it was spoken at the time perhaps ?
I am sure that these leads will set me on the right track to gather more details.

1901 Census, 1911 Census, Marriage Register & 1918 London Electoral Register - but only mention of her father Edward Woolmer is in the Marriage Register.
