Find Ancestors

Can anyone find her on 1911. I have her on all other census.

My Great Grandmother Mary Ann Langham, place different on some census Lambeth Surrey/Chelsea London.

On 1901 living at 29 Savona Street Battersea, with children, including my Grandad. Husband George died in 1895

Have her death certificate 1919, Stewarts Lane West, Battersea, London. That makes DOB 1851 informant the coroner........ but Wedding Certfictae says 1855

Looked and looked,obviously not hard enough!

Also have found every one of her siblings births except for hers!!!!!!!

What age does she give in 1901?

She gives her age as 43 but it's the correct person as that's the address of my Grandad's birth certificate and he is the Charles agesd 11 living there

..........in which case the 1853, Lambeth birth looks to be the correct one.

Sorry was having a shower. Yes all the above is correct. I have her on all census's except 1911

The only thing incorrect is although the birth certificate date is correct I sent for that and it's not the right one.....and yes that is the correct marriage.

On the marriage for Alfred Langham and Mary Ann Carroll - 1879

She gives her father's name as John Carroll and the witnesses are Margaret Carroll and another Carroll (either James or Thomas I'm not sure)

So this fits in well with the family that Catherine found on the 1861 census.

What makes you think the birth certificate is wrong? Does it give a different father's name?

Mary Ann Langham shows up in 1918 and 1919 at 24 Stewarts Lane on the London Electors List but she isn't anywhere on the list from 1909 till then.

I suspect you typed 1853 instead of 1854 in error, but just in case, have you tried this one?

Is Alfred the husband of Mary Ann or George

I have looked for a marriage for John Carrroll to a Mary Butler but nothing is coming up for that couple ,only one in 1927 and that is to late .
