As John filled in the Census Return himself and his age corresponds with the age on his marriage certificate you have to assume he is correct and that the age on death is not |

Thats interesting 20 Chapel Street a lodging house. Mum said he came from County Cork, wounder if they went back to Ireland when he was born and he came back over here when he was older. |

The 1911 census is all filled in with the same handwriting i.e. the same person has written it. If John had not filled it in but someone else had done it for him that person should have signed and put that he had done so on the behalf of the householder. |

Oh right. Think he must have filled it in then. That means is age on it must be right . |
