There is a tree on Ancestry that has some wonderful photos of Agnes, Henry and all their children.

Including photos of her parents Francis and Catherine too. :-)

Thank you i had a look at the photo's ,also on that tree it looks like Henry Slattery's father Peirse Slattery was married to a Mary Anne Cutler !!!

So that could be where the Cutlers come into it !!!

In 1891 she is a visitor to a M Dr Surgeon General Practitioner so perhaps she was a sister in a hospital????

The 1911 census shows Constance M Cuddon as a Children's Nurse domestic. There is no entry in col 11 which suggests she was privately employed in the home.

It looks like whoever entered the word 'sister' did the other amendments to the form, so it may have been an enumerator, but who's 'sister' did they mean or was it 'sister in law'? I don't think she was a Nun as that would usually be in the occupation column. Her death cert would give her occupation at that time. I can't find a link to the Cutlers either or Constance in 1901census.

How nice to find a Mayor in the family though and get all those smashing photos!! Fantastic Mandy!! :-D
