i couldnt find mary on the 1881 census but found her on the 1991 cencus living with an eliza britton and her son john britton.

mary wasnt living with her step daughter ,sarah had by then married saumel place and started her own family.
samuel place died in 1895

and i cant find sarah after 1901 but i found on the 1911 sarahs other 2 children ,sarah elizabeth place and john james place living with a william john britton and he was down as there step father

william john also had a daughter called eliza ann brittan born 1901 and when i got william henrys death cert eliza ann was down has his sister.
