Yes I have googled his name and found some references to him. The 1901 census says he was born Newark but he must have been out of the country for other census returns,.

Still can't prove that my T Norledge who was a fruitier's assistant in 1881 became a Missionary and married Elina Prideaux.

I have a feeling it is the same man but without a marriage cert it is not proven.

I have seen that tree on Ancestry but there is no proof that it is the same man

It says on that 1901 census that he is a Baptist Missionary - Baptist, I think is different from Quaker.

A tree on Ancestry has your Thomas's death as 1925.
