i am trying to find a death for my grt grt grandmother
she appears in the wales 1881 cencus
as mary gregory nee gollocher but i think that should be gallagher
aged 32 flintshire wales roskell square
i cant seem to find a marriage either for her
any help most appreciated please

i think she was born in flintshire north wales
her father was william gallagher dont really have a lot of imformation
i am descendant from her illigitamate son thomas mulvey who appears on the cencus age 13

changed his name to gallagher in later years

yes i have thomas birth certificate
he was regisitered thomas gallagher but appears on the cencuses as mulvey
all very complicated as he was brought up by his mother mary brother william gallagher
who also had a son thomas gallagher
they moved to widnes
i dont really know where the name mulvey comes into it

Maybe Mulvey was his fathers surname.

That Army record I found is in the name of Thomas Mulvey not Gallagher
