1891 Madeline at Barton Upon urwell with uncle Samuel derbyshire born Winton Lancs 1868 and his sister Amelia 1864.

1871 Samuel's parents James Derbyshire 1822 Winton and mum Elizabeth 1827.
Also in household was Madeline Derbyshire sister to Samuel.

So could it be the same family,i.e Robert and Mary Derbyshire had Magdalen/Madeline named after Roberts sister.

I would have thought he is the Robert I put above. As stated, Mary is married not widowed. And as Mel points out, the boarders have sailing occupations.
However you need madeleine's marriage cert before proceeding further.
