Can anyone help please. There is a record of a Peter Sayer leaving Liverpool in 1957. I know he went to America where he died inestate and that my mother in law received a small inheritance from him. She has since died and we cannot find anything else out. Has anyone access to these records and can they let me have any information . |

He didn't marry. The probate division was in St. Charles Missouri.and is dated 8/6/1995 when all the settlements were made. He had no relatives in America. Therefore I think it took some time before they tracked everyone down. The date of death would probably be some years before 1995. |

Maureen If you are confused there is no hope for me!!! we did know he had emigrated, but it was only out of the blue when the probate people contacted my mother in law about the inheritance that they remembered him. Therefore we assumed he hadn't married as there were no relatives apart from here. |

Or maybe a common-law sort of thing. I really don't see her anywhere else. |
