Find Ancestors

I've hit a brick wall and I don't have the know-how/facilities to follow it through.
I'm looking for the mother/parents of Bessie Westlake b1900, Islington, possibly 1/6/1900 at Islington. 1901 census gives her as a 'visitor' aged 10months with the Edwards family (Chas Edwards 58 b Clerkenwell) at 42 Penton St, Clerkenwell.
The 1911 she is with grandparents George & Minnie Sadler at 15 Brunswick St Southwark. I've traced these two back to 1901 and they are given as Geo. Sadler wid 50, b Sudbury Suffolk & Minnie Bennett widow & cousin 59, b Hook Surrey.
I've been able to trace Geo back through each census but he appears to be single and lived at times with his cousin Geo. Albury in Southwark & go right back to 1841 & his grandfather in Sudbury. I can't seem to trace Minnie Bennett so I have no idea how Bessie Westlake fits into this situation, given that Geo Sadler doesn't seem to have had a daughter!
Any help would be most gratefully received.

Yes, Joseph, I saw the 1901 where it says Derbyshire, but I've traced all his family back to Suffolk Sudbury so it would appear to be a mistake on someones part. Thanks for your diligence anyway.
