1845-1863 there was only civil registration for non-catholic marrs. If this were the case, I`ld guess that the church regos matched those sent to the GRO(I). However, I`ld guess this was an RC marr, so what was in the OPR is pretty much up to the priest. I`ve never seen Irish RC OPRs, but they can be quite detailed in some jurisdictions. |
