I think one of those births is wrong as one birth is dec 1883 the other mar 1884...bit too close together for them to be sisters

maybe this one?

I wonder if Frederick died before the 1901 census which would explain him not being on there with his family.

have found a possible death for charlotte nothing seems to come up with the date of birth that is on census record.
