You have no idea how much this information means to me.

Leslie Trewhella Norgrove was born Theophilus Leslie Trewhella Norgrove and I have been searching for him since 2000.

I have him on 1881 Census with parents Theophilus Corban Norgrove and Elizabeth Ann Kegwin, but he disappeared after that.

Elizabeth died in 1881 and Theo took his four youngest daughters to Australia Clara b1867, Ethel b1869, Emily Jane b1869 and Florence b1872. I don't know when they arrived but it was after 1881 and before 1903 as they are on the 1903 Victorian Roll.

Theo Corban Norgrove & daughter Florence are buried in Kew Cemetery in Victoria Australia, Ethel married in Australia, Clara I can trace till 1909 in Vic then disappears, Emily Jane I can trace till 1914 in Vic then she disappears.

I found Leslie Norgrove's Naval death notice in ancestry when I was searching something else the name just intrigued me so I clicked on it, I found the marriage and now thanks to your wonderful help I'll be able to search and verify this information further.

Theophilus Leslie Trewhella Norgrove is my husbands great great uncle.
