Find Ancestors

Can't find this family in the 1841 census. I do not know if census village recorded stuff was as specific as cities/towns. Unsure if village stuff was recorded in the same way as BIG city/town census families. Have I got this wrong? What should I be looking for? I know this family are from Stoke Golding as I have birth/wedding/christening certs for following years. Had they aleady moved into Leicester ( I know that's where they were in 1851).

I would be very happy for any directions given, as I am now at a loss.

I actually visited the village (St Margarets church) and other graveyards etc. but was disappointed with my findings, as I thought some of the family could be buried there.

Could you be a bit more specific please . we need names and dates to be able to help you.

If you put the 51 census up maybe we could work back from there ?

Fast reply. George was the head of the family (I believe) as his name appears on his sons marriage cert in 1856. So they had already moved into Leicester by then.

Tantalising...found members trees on Ancestry that contained the information regarding Pegg family. Can only afford pay-per-view, so although I can see the members names I require, I am not allowed acess unless I pay per month.

Anyhow, as I know from experience you guys are really good at proposing solutions so...how do I make contact with folks I know have a connection family-tree wise? I would be really grateful for some guidance on this as I have come across this before.
