	well if Richard Sr really was a boat man, as it says on the 1861, then they could be anywhere, and they might even have avoided getting counted! sylvia

	At that time "Son-in-law" or "daughter-in-law" more often meant child of spouse from before the marriage, thna it did the modern meaning we'd call it step-child sylvia
