Just working back from that 1901 census, Annie is actually Mary Ann's sister-in-law. I was just checking to see if Annie's mother had maybe remarried and Annie was list under a different surname on the 1871 / 1881 census.

Annie's father died before she married in 1889, at the present time I am still looking for his death.
