The 1901 census found with Elsie was born in Lubenham.
This is the nearest Flint born in Lubenham, and it is Edith on the image, but who knows?

And do you have any addresses to search for 1911? A long shot but worth a try.

There are not many Elsie May Flints in England, blow Kent, in 1911.
Age incorrect because older than groom?
Have you said why you believed she was born in Kent? This is wartime etc.
