My Great Grandfather was definitely in Aberdeen at the time (depsite not showing up on the census) He was already married and had at least one child when my Nana was conceived. By the time my nana came out of the orphanage they were living in John St but they may have moved there from somewhere else. I've got lots of info on my Great Grandad and his wife, it's just my Great Grandmother who we can never find anything about.
