Thank you Ginny i have been able to find Horace's death ,thats the only one apart from Marjorie his daugher who died recently .

Hi Valerie Thank you I Will take a look at the Ryerson Index , I did know about Marjories death ,she was my mother-in-laws cousin and the last one alive out of the family I have been able to find her fathers death but unable to find her mothers or siblings I think they must have died to recent for me get the records it seemsthe family didnt move far as on the census they in southport and M arjorie died in Southport .

Hi Glenda ....in case it helps... the 'Ryerson Index' (on-line) has newspaper death notices to present day. It has this:
Funeral 28/1/2011 of Marjorie Latter (Sr Christopher) late of Villa La Salle Southport ..... notice was in 'Courier Mail' (Brisbane) 26/1/2011.

'Ryerson's will do a (free) look-up of newspaper notice.

Thank you Ginny Rose was his mother /her name was priscilla but liked to be called Rose and Marjorie was one of his sisters the other was Hilda ,I dont suppose it said what his occupation was?
