Shirley~I,m getting the hang of it Report 16 Sep 2010 19:05

It didnt sink in about her age at death so she cant be your grans sister

Elaine

Elaine Report 16 Sep 2010 19:06

it looks as though her siblings had all (except my Grandmother Rita Laura) flown the coup by 1911..she used to say that her sister Margaret had gone to America to marry supposedly the Mayor of the county of Illinois but that is hearsay..but i do have old cards from Margaret her address was 26,So Central Ave Clayton-Mo U.S.A. so now i'm wondering if Millie and Margaret went to America together ??

Elaine

Elaine Report 16 Sep 2010 19:12

oh no of course she died 1911 ..just puzzled why she would have recieved notification of her death ...unless it had been her mother Isabella's letter that she has kept all these years .don't think we will ever know thanks Shirley xx.
