This is all absolutely correct Ozbird - clarifies all information I have copied from others and helps me to understand how it all fits together. I found Robert Tucker 1872 but not his family. I don't think Robert HL Tucker is the right one - my own rather pathetic searches on BMD show Bob living away: RG12 1993/70 Page 12 and RG11 2508/63 Page 12. Thanks for your help, hope you can help me again when convenient

Unfortunately their marriage would have been before registration so you will need to search the parish records. Louisa was born in Blagdon Somerset according to the census. So they may have been married there, or at Winterbourne.

Of course they could've been married anywhere else depending on where Louisa was living at the time.

Another path you could follow is the servant Louisa Ivan. Often female relatives were employed to help out with young families.

As you would expect she has been mistranscribed and I believe her surname is Green. If you look at the image you can understand why the confusion. However I can't find anybody with that name in 1851. None of the Louisas born c1847 in Bisley look anything like they could be mistranscribed as Ivan.
