Member Since: January 2003 Posts: 441 Send Message	I have received the birth cert for a grandfather of mine and his parents are listed as Arabella Maria Howell (formerly Martin) and Robert Howell. I have found Arabella on Family search and it list parents as George and Margaret Martin,but when i put their names on Ancestry (do not have access), it brings up Robert Howell and spouse Isabella Maria Martin (with father John Martin), I know she had a brother called John......just wanting to clarify who her father is. Member Since: January 2003 Posts: 441 Send Message	Hi, Arabella was born 1820/21 and her and robert were married in 1840 Marylebone, (I previously had confusion over her name as the census list her as Isabella, but i have now received the cert which list her as Arabella.) I beleive she was born in Surrey (or as parts of London were known then)......Frederick Robert Howell was born 1849 at 25 Gravel Lane, Southwark, County of Surrey.

	when was grandfather born ? Robert was a widower on remarriage .is it poss grand dad was from his first marriage? Edit; crossed with your posting
