	Morning Jonesey, everyone else hungover then? We went to bed at 11.30 killjoys that we are.....was cream crackered to be honest. Bright eyed and bushy tailed now though! Just a light brekkie for those who are suffering...... Cereals.....plenty of choice...take your pick. Toast Croissants Bagels Marmalade and jams. Marmite. Honey. Tea/coffee >>>>>>>>>>>>>>over there. Paracetamol in cupboard above cooker. Please put last night's empties in the brown bin. Ja...x and Dea can have breakfast in bed this morning....my treat. I'll have to get the hoover out now....just look at the crumbs that Fans has left round her chair....tut tut. That's what comes of trying to fit a cream doughnut in yer mouf.......sideways.......hahaha Will just move that pile of clothes out of the way......oooohh....sorry Gins, didn't see you on the floor. Now beating a hasty retreat......Renes.......h e l p.

	Doh I missed breakfast again. Went round to daughters for a lovely meal but could not get a cab to 2.30 and even then he was late. No need for paracetamol though Cynthia. I do not know why though? Now to sort out the mess my lot left here.

	Yoo hoo all !!!!!!! Evening meal: Fillet steak, cooked to perfection with Peppercorn sauce !!! Buttery, creamy mashed potatoes and peas !! Quite plain - Nothing Christmassy BUT SO Spicey and Yummy !!!!!!!!!!!!! Have made enough for everyone !!!................ Enjoy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not made a pudding as I have all those M & S goodies standing by ! - DO share them with me ..... PLEASE !! Dea x P.S. - Best I can do Ginns - Pancakes with sugar and lemon !!! - VERY yummy though - I only wish I had room to eat some !! Dea Xxx

	Mine has seemed okay today Dea...why? We've just had a Chinese takeaway......sheer and utter laziness.....stressfree meal.....oh yes! Renes not around today?

	OOOhh -I don't want you to have 'stressful' Cynths !! Chinese meal is nice - I cooked one last night ! Takes less than 5 minutes to cook but nearly an hour to chop !! OH is cooking cheese on toast but I could noteat another morsel !! Dea Xxx

	Hang about now - 'Sugar Fans !!!' 18 months ago I was very poorly and went down to less that 6 1/2 stone - I am now back to 7 stone 5 ish !!! - That is a great achievement for me !!!!!!!!!!!! Dea Xxx
