I am trying to find the census record of Florence Agnes Marson. nee Little. She married John Marson in 1893, and was born in Kensington London around 1875 I think. She died suddenly in August 1901. I don't know where she is in this census but she died in Notting Hill. I would like to know where she was and who she was with if possible.
Thank You.

I tried looking for John with wife Florence, Florence with husband John, Marson b.ca 1870 +/10

....... and couldn't come up with anything

I think there was either a very strange mistranscription

or they were away on the night of the census

or may be they were just missed!

I have looked for F M ...... on the basis that she might have already been in a hospital or asylum, and initials only were often given on the census for these people, to preserve their privacy

lots of F M's!!

I suggest that you buy the death certifiicate (if you do not already have it) to find out what she died of, who reported the death, and where she died

If you do have that death certificate ..... please will you post on here that information.

pm from Jan

I did have the death cert of Florence Agnes Marson. She died of a rupture to the aeorta. She had an inquest which I am still trying to obtain from the Notting Hill library, but the interesting thing is that John her hubby was re married by December the same year Florence died on the 5th August 1901 and the inquset held on the 8th August. So I was wondering where she was on census night, if she had gone home to her family home or was she still living with John? Had they split up etc. Very interesting!

does this information help???

I did try looking for Florence's mother last night, without success
