If Sarah Eliza Clack was in a hospital or some other institution would there be any way of finding her?

I'm completely stuck!

I've had a try but no luck up to press.

Though they still did the census's in hospitals and workhouses.
My mum was in Workhouse on 1911 census.

Thank you for trying. The only other option is that she must have changed her surname as I can't find a death record for her as Sarah Eliza Clack.
