James..I have loads of Notts and derbys records.......I suspect that the contribution from Ozi shows that Mary Henshaw is her married name..not her maiden name...........any idea of said maiden name???? By the way i live 400 yards from Church Street Basford Nottingham,,,,,,,,

It means, if you bought Sarah's birth cert, then you would know for sure Mary's maiden name.

Ordering from GRO is going to take weeks at the moment as they have such a backlog.
