umm my mother her sister and their mother marina humphries all live in llanhilleth gwent, marina spencer married frederick thomas fran humphries who is the son of frank thomas humphries and annie brickell

This is possibly the birth of Richard, brother of Frank in the above census. i really think you need to buy a couple of certificates before you can move on.
The first birth found by Jonesey appears to be the most logical one.
