Good evening.
For a while i've been looking for the marriage between George Mileson and his wife Alice, but I haven't been able to find it..

George was born in 1808 in Stepney, Middlesex. And his first child was born in 1832 so I think he was got married in the late 1820's or early 1830's.

Could anyone help me find their marriage?

Did that marriage by any chance have the names of the parents and occupations?
I have Georges down as being George & Elizabeth.

I haven't been able to find any classaps either.. I searched on the IGI and it didn't come back with one person with that surname!

Found Alice.
I think her surname was Cassap, I found George and Alice on the 1841 census and living with them was a Eliza Cassap who I believe was her mother by the age. Neither Alice of Eliza was born in the county and I can't find them on any other census to find out where they were from, Gah!

Talia

Do you know if they had any children post 1837?

It might be a case of ordering a birth cert from then of a child if there is one, this will have her full name on.

That could well be his death to!

I think I might of got somewhere, It looks as if Alice died in 1847, she could of died giving birth to Edward if that was their son! Also looks as if George remarried to a Sarah, which explains why I couldn't find them together on the 1851 census.

EDIT:
Is it possible anyone could look up the marriage between George Mileson & Sarah Groutage? I'd like to know if it states George as being a widow..

Woops! Didn't realise it went onto the 2nd page!

So it looks like.. george married Alice Cassap, she died. He quickly remarried to a much younger women, Sarah Groutage who he was with on the 1851 census. Now I can't find the 1861 haha!

*Pms you*
