Hi all

I agree the wife's name looks like Ellen.

May I ask? What is FMP?

Thanks

Fanny by gaslight: I have sent you a message

Dixidan Report 10 Feb 2010 23:28

To Glitterbaby.

Yes the occupation does match. Maybe I will have order Williams cert from that census and hope for the best,

Thanks

FannyByGaslight

FannyByGaslight Report 10 Feb 2010 23:28

What is the address on the birth cert please and what is William Bakers occupation on it?

KathleenBell

KathleenBell Report 10 Feb 2010 23:26

The wife's name on the 1871 census is Ellen. The transcriber has mistaken the loop from the final "h" of the daughter Sarah's name on the line below as a J. Don't know where they got the Collen from.
