Looking for any information relating to Jane Benns bn around 1810 poss Ramsgate, Kent. She had 7 children Ann (1836), John (1837), George (1838), Jane (1839), Philip (1841), Joseph, John (1845). Have found on all census 1841-1891 except 1881. Can anyone help please |

Not sure, the only clue I have is that he could be named George. She was identified as a widow on 1841 census |

Yes that is her on the 1851 census. I also couldn't read the GRO ref no. for dau Jane. Son John was bn 1837 according to my research and her husband was dead by 1841 according to census info. Haven't managed to trace births in GRO of other children. |

I've just looked again at whatI have and I can't see where my info on Joseph came from. Certainly he's not on the census returns and I've not logged it as info given me from someone else. Sorry looks like might be a red hering! |
