It looks as though Alice was in USA for a long time.
But no mention on the English Census.

Theres a couple pf possibles for Alice on the England/Wales 1911 census both in Wycome

Maybe she was still in the UK at that time

Hi Ginny.
Thankyou for your reply .Has any one got access for the 1911 Census please.to have a look for me,

Ihave been searching on Find my Past,there is a A.K.Bowler 1879 who went from Liverpool to Canada in 1903 ,but I am not a member to have a look ,??

It is really strange that all her family can be found on the 1901 ,1911 Census,but not Alice.

The trouble is that I didnt know any thing about the Bowler Family untill I joined Genes Renited,only my Grandfathers name.
As my Father died when he was 38years old.

That is why I am so interested,as Alice would have been my Great Aunt.
