I do not know her birth date or the date they were married. But I do know Arthur married his second wife in 1947. Cheers, James

Also I thought it a little odd that if they were your couples births that wife no1 was having children the year after he married wife no 2 Do you have the marriage cert. for second marriage. I think it should say if he was a widower
