I would like to contact anyone who is a Bontoft from Lincolnshire. I have just discovered that my grandmothers family were originally from Lincolnshire. She was born in Shoreditch, and married my grandfather (Henry Winters) in 1904 in Tottenham London.

Any information would be gratefully accepted.

1901 census has Elizabeth H. Bontoft, age 18, born Islington. Her father is William born 1857, Lincoln, Lincolnshire. He's not on BVRI though.

Hi Margaret, i have a Rueban Bontoft born abt 1900 who married a Alice Keech in Scunthorpe North Lincolnshire.

This is the closest one I can see. Too late to be on the 1901 census and I don't have access to 1911.
