Just wondering if anyone can help me find Edward Dallamore born c1821 paddington/harrow on the 1841 census..........nobody seems to be able to find him on that particular census........anyone good at problem solving - I expect it is just under a really strange spelling mistake |

thanks........well we know Edwards parents were James and Ann - so I supposse it could be James and Hannah and they just shortened it on the IGI baptism of Edward in 1821 paddington |

Poor little s*ds.......... bet it was very hard on them, Edward could have been even embarasses about the Dallamore name being bought into disrepute?? Therefore changing it for a short while and what better name to use the wifes maiden name ( well nearly right). |

thanks again.........its strange that I have been unable to find Edward and son Charles born 1861 middlesex (he would have been 10) on 1871 census....maybe there is a really odd spelling mistake! Yes Dee, Charles did survive - he is my main link on my tree and married someone called Harriet (havent found a marriage) and had a daughter Ada Rose Dallamore in 1892 |
