Member Since: June 2008 Posts: 36 Send Message	Trying to find my grandmothers maiden name, Robert Boulton born around 1872 married Mary Jane ?? born around 1875 on 15.4 1894. Children Beatrice, Gladys, Millicent, Graham,Stella, Jean and Mary. Kingswood/Mangotsfield district. Any ideas? Thanks Terry

	Buy the birth cert of the relevant child - your mum or dad? That will give you mother's maiden name. There are no obvious candidates and without knowing where they might have married it would all be guesswork. Jill

	Well - Chipping Sodbury (Glos) covers Mangotsfield so the family obviously moved around a bit .... Births Mar 1898 (>99%) BOULTON Graham George Chipping S. 6a 197 Jill

My mother was Stella and had sisters Beatrice (Died young), Gladys, Millie, Jean and Mary and a brother Graham. Bertie married again a Lizzie Harding but don't know when. Thanks also for G Grandads details I knew he was Henry but no more. I think I will become a gold member so that I can look at census' that seems to be the key! Terry
