Unfortunately that is not my Albert
he did live and marry in 1915 I have the names of his wife and children, but not the other way.

I don't know of any siblings or his parents. I thought if I could find census results it may be a clue.

I can't remember exactly how I found out but he matched other trees on GR, but they knew nothing about him they were following the "Fenton" line. Albert and Eleanor's daughter was Lilian Austin who was my grandmother I found them on Bdm sites that tied her into her being their daughter. She was born in Bradford so I know they moved at some point. There were two other siblings(of Lilian's) that I have been unable to trace. As there are no living relatives to find out more I rely on kind people like yourself to piece together everything.

Have found a marriage which could be Joyce's: 1946 in Bradford to a Harold E Haigh. 2 children, 1947 and 1952, one of whom is on this site. Another one with right surname and MMN but born 1975 so not sure as gap is large and mother would be 49.

Been mulling this over and think you need to scrap the idea of him being born in 1894 in Thetford unless you have any primary evidence for it.
Eleanor Louise was born 1894, registered Ipswich, but after her marriage they moved to Bradford? Why?
There are a couple of Albert Austin births registered in Bradford around the right time, and I think one possible scenario is that they moved there because his family were there. Obviously this is only a guess, but I think you will need Albert and Eleanor's marriage cert to move this one forward.

PS There is an Albert Austin aged 16 listed on the 1911 in an institution in Suffolk. Have you checked him out?
