hi thank you so much for that i did have some but not all info you gave me so again thanks
i had a email from my uncle saying florence didnt have a birth cert as there was a big fire and all the records were lost,
he is now saying that Florences mum came from france and her surname was ROFFEY,
i have looked and looked but cannot find anything for her,
i wish i could send you his mail as i cant make head or tails of it, now i have got so mixed up i dont know who goes where.
as you said hens teeth ha,

EMMIE (EMILY)? MAY ROFFEY OR PARSONS i think this is the lady in the 1901 census
THOMAS BADEN PARSONS also this man in 1901 census
GEORGE R PARSONS.
FLORENCE HILL(nee PARSONS) married ALBERT HILL one of the twins
IVY HILL (LEVENS) her son is on genes but refuses to answer all the mails i have sent him. he holds the keys to this mess
DAISY PARSONS dont know anything about her.

Please can i thank everyone for there kind help with this family, and would like to tell you my story if you have a few mins

i went to see my uncle harry, he handed me a draw with some paperwork in it and said see if there is anything you can use,
well i looked and found things i can use then came a big white paper which said,

LAMBETH POLICE COURT, I Emily ann Parsons of 8, Thornhill square, camberwell, in the county of london, do declair that
FLORENCE LILLIAN PARSONS was born on the 21st of December 1900
at 7 Harris street Camberwell,
reg on this day 17th may 1915 with the court stamp Lambeth,
so poor Florence never had a birth certificate, just this piece of paper,
this is why we were not able to find her.but i can now put her to rest at last.
but i do thank you all for your help

hi i am sorry to say this is not my florence, i think the marriage is right, but her name was
FLORENCE LILLIAN PARSONS born, dec 21st, 1900 in camberwell, i have
now sent for her marriage cert
she had 2 sisters one called IVY PARSONS, 2nd ? and

and 2 brothers
1st called PHILIP, 2nd RICHIE which i think was RICHARD

i am not sure if they were older or younger,

there father was parsons died 1937 ish aged 40 yrs, in camberwell

mother died aged 68 yrs again no name

any help would be gratefully received

Oh looking for hill deaths is like finding hens teeth! unless you have the date of death then it shouldn't take too long.

no my mum went to heber rd school, we moved before i went to school, but i used to go back and see family who lived near the grove tavern, we moved to biggin hill, and now in cambridge villiage
its really there death's i am after, but thought if i got there birth and marriage it might make things easy, no such luck ha

I've been doing my family history for about 15 years,sometimes it's easy.

Guessing you also went to Dulwich Hamlet Infant and Juniors then?

oh my we lived in Gilkes Crescent behind the volvo garage..... Spent many a happy hour in the Crown and Greyhound VERY small world.
