yes i think that is a gd possability as i have war medals that was in my dads possession and i know my dad was only in the army about 2yrs? the split in the family was between william george (my dad) and his siblings thats why i lost contact with all of them xx |

Just to add, what is particularly sad about that Frederick's death is that he died two days after the Armistice. |

hi all thanks for the replies my dad was born 31st july 1901 in ladywood birmingham i think the info you have given me is correct, im trying to trace any cousins of mine, the only two i remember i think were my dads brothers kids? there was a big rift in the family and i would really love to find them unfortunatly i dont remember much about them, my dad was born in icknield street, xx |
