I don't have access to this myself but maybe somebody would look up ship's passenger lists or any ships going to Ireland prior to Sarah's birth. I believe on Ancestry, you can do a search by the passenger's name? If James & Mary are there, it may give some indication as to what part of Ireland at least

Thank you for the death record. As for Sarah and her brother Thomas I doubt I will ever be able to pin down exactly where they were from as the records on Thomas are just as helpful simply giving his place of birth as Ireland

Thank you for finding me the 1851 census record. Neither of Sarahs parents were born in Ireland her father was born in Bedfordshire and her mother in Southgate which I think is London. Still no obvious reason for the them to be over there but Sarah has a younger brother who was born in Ireland all the other younger siblings were either born in Southgate or Offley, Hertfordshire
