I would have thought Wol would be likely to be short for Walter and Loo short for Louise or Louisa.

There could have been more children born after the 1901 census. You might find more when the 1911 census is released.

Looked on FreeBMD

1889 - 1895 in Buckinghamshire - Thomas Humph* :

Births Sep 1890 (>99%)
Humphrey Thomas Henry Brackley 3b 1 Scan available - click to view
Births Dec 1890 (>99%)
Humphreys Thomas Aylesbury 3a [56]45 Scan available - click to view
Births Mar 1891 (>99%)
Humphreys Thomas Thame 3a 803 Scan available - click to view

The last one - Thame - covers Brill - so if the 1901 census is your chap then this birth is the most likely.

Did he have a middle name? I'm looking for his death as it gives dates of birth in the indexes. Also where did he die?
