I have looked on the 1881 census but could not find Sidney James Hibberd born in 1879 St Saviours Southwark London he married Norah Norris please could you try and find him with his parents and family.

I have not seen his marriage certificate this is a friends family, Sidney and Norah were her parents she is 83 and dose not know much about her family.
I don't think there are many still alive as she is the youngest, her sister told her that her mother had 10 children that's about it.

If this person knows so little about the man, the best advice would be to obtain the marriage cert...........at least then there would be some facts to work on.

I now have the marriage certificate of Sidney James hibbert and Nora Norris it tell me that Nora was 19 and her father was Edward Norris I could do with some more help to try to find her parents have had a look on BMD and can't find her birth. its the London area.

Sidney's father was Hibberd, he was a gas fitter and Nora father was a traveller, sorry for my typing error.
Sidney was 22 when he married and Nora was 19.
