Have you looked at the National Archives website, their are some really interesting documents relating to the surname Moykopf. Also the London Gazette has a few relating to wills/probate, deed poll name changes and military.

She got about a bit, I know she was a wealthy young woman, quite a catch but never married, maybe she retired to Majorca.
Her father was a wealthy leather merchant supplying leather to his brother Charles Moykopf, Bootmaker of Burlington Arcade.
You would think with such an unusual name she would be easy to trace !!!!!!!!
