If as your other thread suggests that Ellen married in Ireland how can you be sure they came over here before 1901?

Yep PR her children were born 1927 - 1932 I agree it does make her rather old

Could the age be mistranscrbed 85- 58 ?

Ellen definatley died 1957 - it is known she lied about her age - maybe more than the family thought?

She died Ellen Fincher wife of Thomas Fincher , Thomas died 1964 Coventry

On your other thread Ellen had several children between 1928 and 1932. Yours won't be the one who died in 1957 aged 85, she's way too old.
